Audi Richfield is seeking Automotive Sales Consultants to join their growing team. Ideal candidates are driven, customer-focused, and passionate about helping customers find the perfect vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features & benefits
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Follow up on internet leads and showroom traffic
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Requirements

• Previous Sales Experience Preferred (automotive a Plus, Not Required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
