Responsibilities

  • Learn our vehicle line-up inside and out
  • Guide customers through a needs-based buying process
  • Lead vehicle walk-arounds and test drives that build excitement
  • Present our stress-free, one-price buying experience
  • Build relationships with customers through calls, texts, and follow-ups
  • Create short daily inventory videos for our website and social media
  • Network in the community to grow your customer base

Requirements

  • Outgoing, professional, and dependable
  • Strong communicator who enjoys helping others
  • Open to learning and motivated to succeed
  • Consistent attendance and a polished appearance
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
