Responsibilities
- Learn our vehicle line-up inside and out
- Guide customers through a needs-based buying process
- Lead vehicle walk-arounds and test drives that build excitement
- Present our stress-free, one-price buying experience
- Build relationships with customers through calls, texts, and follow-ups
- Create short daily inventory videos for our website and social media
- Network in the community to grow your customer base
Requirements
- Outgoing, professional, and dependable
- Strong communicator who enjoys helping others
- Open to learning and motivated to succeed
- Consistent attendance and a polished appearance
- Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
