Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Kia vehicles and financing options
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, and text
- Maintain knowledge of current Kia models, features, incentives, and dealership promotions
- Work collaboratively with finance and service departments to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction standards
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
