Responsibilities

- Work directly with customers in-store, online, and over the phone - Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish - Build value in the product and dealership experience - Follow up with leads quickly and consistently - Maintain strong product knowledge on new and used inventory - Set and achieve personal sales goals

Qualifications

- Strong communication and people skills - Self-motivated with a competitive mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales process - Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
