Automotive Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and get to know what they need
• Show off our cars and answer any questions
• Help customers through the buying process smoothly
• Keep track of your sales and follow up with customers
• Work with the team to make sure everyone’s happy

Requirements

• You’ve gotta love cars and enjoy talking to people
• Good communication skills are a must
• Be comfortable working with a computer
• Have a friendly, positive attitude
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
