Prior technical experience is preferred but not required. The manager will analyze business trends, develop sales plans, oversee inventory, and ensure financial targets are met. Key duties encompass staff communication, performance evaluations, policy compliance, handling escalated customer issues, and driving sales growth. Skills in effective communication, team coaching, and goal achievement are essential. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $160,000 annually, including salary, bonus, benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement. The role requires working a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
