Overview
This unique opportunity is based in Dallas, TX, and manages a national Concierge program for an industry-leading OEM, supervising 3 direct reports. The role involves guiding dealers to provide an elevated purchase experience for performance-minded enthusiasts, from initial interest to ownership, by supporting dealers and building customer confidence. It emphasizes operational excellence, authentic communication, and positioning dealers as the key heroes in the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead CRM integration for capturing and tracking leads, ensuring seamless handoffs to dealers with real-time reporting and friction prevention.
- Oversee program communications that provide insightful, transparent updates while managing production wait anticipation and delivering personalized touchpoints like milestone updates and exclusive events.
- Direct a team including CRM analysts, Communication specialists and Dealer support Concierges by setting KPIs, conducting reviews, and fostering a high-performance culture; gather dealer feedback to refine operations and drive success metrics like engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, communications, hospitality and/or design related field, preferred
- 10+ years leading premium performance automotive or equivalent programs, deep insight into performance customer psychology, and expertise in bespoke lifecycle marketing
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage multiple and diverse projects through to completion
- Strong leadership traits and the ability to engage and relate with people at all levels
- High level of competence with basic office software: MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excel in executive presentations, demonstrate operational discipline with emotional intelligence, and balance brand authenticity with production realities while valuing dealer networks
- Dallas location supports team cohesion with occasional travel; success involves building dealer, buyer, and leadership confidence within the first year
