About the role

Hyundai of Keene is seeking a Product Specialist to join their dynamic team. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration rides
• Gather customer contact information and enter it into the CRM
• Follow-up with prospective customers and maintain relationships through and after sale
• Build and maintain core knowledge of products
• Attend and actively participate in daily sales and training meetings

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and no Sundays
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Eager to learn new product information and improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
