Automotive Product Specialist

About the role

Toyota of Naperville is looking for an Automotive Product Specialist to join our dedicated Sales Team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$120,000, with potential for additional earnings through bonuses and spiffs.

Responsibilities

- Greet and guide customers into the sales process. - Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs. - Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications. - Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.

Requirements

- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday. - Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections. - Strong customer service skills. - Good sales track record. - Strong communication skills. - Persistent, competitive, and hardworking. - Focuses on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales. - Computer literate and has basic math skills. - Bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

- A positive attitude and a drive to succeed. - Experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
