Aloha Kia Leeward, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Sales Associate who embodies our core values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and have a natural ability to build great relationships.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically lead customers through their sales journey
• Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction via frequent and friendly follow-up
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web leads, phone leads, store leads)
• Frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary. Training will be provided.
• Past sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A friendly and cooperative demeanor
• Quick to connect and build relationships with others
• Persuasive with a strong drive for results
• Tolerant of uncertainty
• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay

Average: $2,800-$9,000+ monthly = Monthly draw / commissions / bonuses *** with top making 6 figures
