About the Opportunity:The AUTOMOTIVE PARTS TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (TRANSMISSION FOCUSED) is responsible for delivering expert sales support and technical assistance related to automotive parts, with a specialization in gas transmissions. This role contributes to customer success by helping select appropriate parts, resolving installation issues, and supporting product improvements based on customer feedback, thereby enhancing overall customer satisfaction and product value.
