About the role

Responsible for managing inventory, assisting customers in finding parts, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Assist customers in locating the correct parts and providing recommendations.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to secure reliable part supply.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products and services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
