Automotive Parts Counter Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of service to internal and external customers
• Aid all customers in selecting required parts accurately
• Answer phone calls to provide price quotes and other information
• Pull and fill orders from stock
• Participate with Parts Manager in maintaining lost sales

Requirements

• 1 year of dealership parts experience or 5 years of aftermarket parts experience
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Able to lift and carry parts of various size and weights
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
