Automotive Part-Time Receptionist /Cafe Concierge

About the role

Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist/Café Concierge to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every customer who interacts with our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Prepare, maintain, and stock the dealership café area.
• Keep the café and customer waiting areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Maintain inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Process customer purchases and accurately handle cash transactions.
• Aid with additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hospitality, retail, customer service, restaurant, café, or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $12.50 - $15.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Schedule Requirements: Must be available to work evenings, Saturdays, and holidays when the dealership is open.
