Automotive Mobile ADAS Calibration Technician

About the role

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking an ADAS Calibration Technician to perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on foreign, domestic, and electric vehicles (EVs), troubleshoot complex calibration repairs, and conduct test drives post-repair. You will explain ADAS calibration specifications and repair planning to collision repair personnel, insurance adjusters, and customers. Responsibilities include completing pre- and post-scans using OE and/or aftermarket tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on a variety of vehicles, including EVs
• Troubleshoot complex calibration repairs
• Conduct test drives after repairs
• Explain ADAS calibration specifications and repair planning to collision repair center personnel, insurance adjusters, and customers
• Complete pre- and post-scans using OE and/or aftermarket tools

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior experience as an ADAS Technician (required)
• I-CAR and ASE certifications (preferred)
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Skills

• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
• Proficiency in reading and understanding instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills for internal and external customers
