Automotive Mobile ADAS Calibration Technician

About the Role

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a highly talented, dedicated, and quality-focused ADAS Calibration Technician to perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on foreign, domestic, and electric vehicles (EVs). The role involves troubleshooting complex calibration repairs, test-driving vehicles post-repair, and explaining ADAS calibration specifications and repair planning needs to collision repair center personnel, insurance adjusters, and direct customers. Technicians will also complete pre- and post-scans using OE and/or aftermarket tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic ADAS calibrations on a variety of vehicles, including foreign, domestic, and EVs.
• Troubleshoot complex calibration repairs.
• Test drive vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functionality.
• Explain ADAS calibration specifications and repair planning needs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Complete pre- and post-scans using OE and/or aftermarket tools.

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior experience as an ADAS Technician (required).
• I-CAR and ASE certifications (preferred).
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
