Automotive Maintenance Coordinator - Remote

About the role

Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is seeking an Automotive Maintenance Coordinator to provide automotive technical support and advice to Fleet Management groups, clients, and vendors. The role involves reviewing repair orders, negotiating service intervals, fluids, and pricing, and approving repairs. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Tampa, FL or surrounding counties. Department hours are Monday–Friday 6 a.m.–9 p.m. CST and Saturday 7 a.m.–4 p.m. CST; schedules vary based on business needs.

Pay

The pay range is $20.51 to $23.51 per hour, determined by education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, tenure, and business needs. Weekend and evening shift differentials up to $2.00/hour apply. Additional compensation of $0.25/hour is available for each current ASE certification from the following list: A1–A9, T4, T8, C1, G1, and B5.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to phone and email orders in an efficient and friendly manner
• Review proposals to ensure services align with manufacturer interval-based timing and appropriate pricing
• Negotiate pricing, assess and apply warranty applications, and create and issue purchase orders per operating procedures
• Contact clients to recommend repair procedures and obtain approval
• Make recommendations to internal partners regarding repair recommendations and costs
• Locate and suggest proper service locations for clients

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Must live in Tampa, FL or surrounding counties and in the state of Florida
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Six months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required; experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership preferred
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
• ASE certifications preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to meet all work-from-home technical requirements
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Work From Home Requirements
