Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by performing lube-related services professionally and efficiently.
• Determine management, production, and quality requirements by asking questions and listening.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects.
• Establish personal performance goals that align with company standards of productivity and devise strategies to meet those goals.
• Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
• Understand the terminology of the business and stay updated on technology changes in products and services.
• Know and understand federal, state, and local requirements governing the company's business.
• Perform lube oil filter services in a professional manner and perform vehicle inspections as required.
• Provide excellent customer service for all customers, both external and internal.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Receive service assignments from the service writer or service manager.
• Complete service assignments within the allotted time.
• Set goals, develop skills, and continuously improve efficiency.
• Take care that the vehicle is cleaner when the job is completed than when the customer dropped it off.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of Lube and Oil Technician Experience.
• Valid Drivers License Required.
• Necessary tools to complete the job.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.
