About the Role

We are a growing business committed to family, employee growth, environmental protection, and community involvement. As a Lube & Oil Technician, you will perform lube-related services for customers in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Devote yourself to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Determine management, production, and quality requirements by asking questions and listening.
  • Follow lawful directions from supervisors and adhere to work rules and procedures.
  • Interact well with others and positively influence employee morale.
  • Uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies.
  • Perform lube, oil filter services, and vehicle inspections professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service for all customers, both external and internal.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition and keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.
  • Receive service assignments from the service writer or service manager.
  • Complete 'lube' work within the allotted time and set efficiency goals.
  • Maintain a clean, efficient work area and assist in keeping the shop neat and organized.
  • Ensure proper paperwork is completed and filed after every job.
  • Keep technical qualifications current by completing required training programs.
  • Ensure the vehicle is cleaner when returned to the customer than when it was dropped off.
  • Attend company meetings as required and participate in performance management.
  • Establish personal performance goals consistent with company standards.
  • Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance to improve time management.
  • Understand business terminology and stay updated on technology changes in products and services.
  • Know and comply with federal, state, and local requirements governing the company’s business.
