Automotive Lease and Retention Portfolio Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of lease and retail customers to drive retention, loyalty, and upgrade opportunities.
• Proactively contact customers approaching lease maturity, equity positions, or inspection milestones.
• Cook up and encourage pre-inspections, final inspections, and upgrade conversations.
• Support acquisition opportunities initiated through the portfolio process.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and follow-up cadence.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in automotive sales support, BDC, portfolio, retention, or customer engagement roles.
• Strong phone, text, and email communication skills.
• Hightly organized with disciplined follow-up habits.
• Comfortable discussing lease terms, inspections, and upgrade options (training provided).
• CRM proficiency and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with accountability to shared performance goals.
• Bilingual a PLUS!
