Automotive Lease Associate

Holmes Motors is a "Lease Here Pay Here" powerhouse with locations across Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia. We own our inventory, finance in-house, and approve customers when other dealers won’t. While competitors pull back, we’re expanding—and our Birmingham store needs high-energy Lease Associates to fuel the growth.

About the role

This isn’t a sit-and-wait job. We provide a steady stream of warm leads and expect you to build your own pipeline on social media. You’ll be the face of Holmes Motors online—creating content, sparking conversations, and converting followers into buyers. Treat this like your own business, and your paycheck will reflect it.

Responsibilities

• Work a high volume of warm leads daily through our CRM—calls, texts, and follow-ups that actually close.
• Create short-form video content: vehicle walkarounds, customer deliveries, day-in-the-life posts, and promotions.
• Build your personal brand on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, turning engagement into appointments.
• Walk customers through our in-house financing program (no credit check).
• Stay on the lot, on camera, and on your game—energy matters here.
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Collaborate with your team and management to maximize every opportunity.
• Stay coachable—we invest in ongoing training and real career growth, promoting from within.

Requirements

• Strong presence on social media platforms.
• Ability to create your own social media content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market conditions.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

$35,000 guaranteed base plus uncapped commission—no ceiling on what you can earn.

Schedule

Full-time, 5 days per week (closed Sundays) with 1 weekday off.
