Ken Garff Automotive Group’s Ken Garff Ford Cheyenne is hiring Ford Technicians for a 20‑plus‑tech shop that services F‑150s, Super Duty, Rangers, Broncos, Explorers, Expeditions, plus a steady stream of warranty and fleet work. You’ll spend your time in the bay diagnosing and repairing vehicles, not waiting on tickets. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer, warranty, and internal work: engine, electrical, drivability, brakes, suspension, HVAC and more.
• Perform thorough multi‑point inspections and document needed repairs with clear notes and photos so the customer sees what you see.
• Fix it right the first time and record the concern, cause, and correction to ensure warranty payment.
• Keep your bay clean, safe, and organized.
• Work as a team with your advisor, shop foreman, and parts counter to keep work moving.
• Continuously grow your skills through factory training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred.
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in‑state driver’s license and a good driving record, per company standards.

Pay

• Earnings of $60,000 to $100,000+ per year.
