Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all policies, procedures, and values of Snider Fleet Solutions
  • Diagnose and repair to specifications and perform all general maintenance services
  • Visual safety and courtesy inspections
  • Replace batteries, change bulbs, belts, and hoses
  • Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals
  • Aid fellow technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities
  • Maintain an organized and neat shop

Requirements

  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to be insured by company standards
  • At least 3+ years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience

Qualifications

  • ASE certifications preferred

  • Results-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Coachable, hardworking, and possess general mechanical aptitude
  • Strong time management skills, as well as close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
  • Ability to learn and operate provided service equipment and hand tools
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer and/or smart phone skills
