Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for fleet sales inquiries and client needs
- Build strong relationships with new and existing fleet clients to generate repeat and referral business
- Possess a proactive approach to prospecting and identifying new commercial/fleet opportunities and leads
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and negotiate sales/lease terms
- Collaborate with the finance team to support clients through vehicle financing and leasing processes
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to offer expert guidance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience required
- 1+ years of fleet/commercial vehicle sales preferred
- Background in business development and lead generation
- Knowledge of commercial financing and leasing
- Proficient with CRM tools and dealership software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
