Automotive Finance Manager

Role Overview

A results-driven F&I Manager leads the entire finance process, focusing on product penetration, accurate contracting, lender relationship management, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance by setting and achieving sales and profitability goals
• Coach and motivate the sales team to meet targets
• Manage finance, contracting, and funding processes efficiently and accurately
• Present and sell F&I products such as service contracts, GAP, and protection packages
• Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
• Support digital retail and inbound traffic to maximize opportunities
• Provide a professional, guest-focused closing experience

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of automotive finance or sales leadership experience
• Proven track record of exceeding goals and closing deals
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work with lenders efficiently and maintain compliance
• Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background checks
