Responsibilities
- Structure deals and secure lender approvals
- Sell F&I products such as service contracts, GAP, credit life, and warranties
- Present and explain aftermarket products to customers
- Convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lenders
- Partner with sales leadership to maximize deal profitability
Requirements
- Prior Automotive F&I Manager or Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership
- Proven success in deal structuring and lender approvals
- Ability to sell and explain F&I products
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations
- Excellent collaboration with sales teams
- Self-motivated, performance-driven, and customer-focused
