About the role

The Finance Manager is responsible for selling financing, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining accurate paperwork and timely funding.

Responsibilities

• Review and process all deal paperwork to ensure compliance with lender, factory, and dealership requirements.
• Monitor deals for funding, follow up, and correct incomplete or unfunded deals.
• Explain deal structure, aftermarket products, and warranties to customers.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with lenders and third parties.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain service levels and client retention.

Qualifications and skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Finance Manager in a dealership environment.
