Responsibilities
- Structure deals and secure lender approvals
- Sell F&I products such as service contracts, GAP, and extended warranties
- Present and explain aftermarket products to customers
- Convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources
- Partner with sales managers to maximize deal profitability
- Ensure compliance with automotive finance regulations
Requirements
- Proven success as an Automotive F&I or Finance Manager in a franchised dealership
- Experience structuring deals and securing lender approvals
- Ability to sell various F&I products effectively
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven in a high-volume environment
