Description
Frank Leta Honda is seeking a Finance Director to lead their F&I department. This high-volume Honda dealership emphasizes ethical business practices and seeks a proven professional with a track record of excellence in administrative management, personnel development, and achieving top-quartile PVR and product penetration metrics.
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a team of F&I producers and set the bar for performance, ethics, and customer experience.
- Own the menu process and ensure every customer receives a consistent, compliant, transparent presentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our lender network; negotiate aggressively for our customers and our store.
- Hit and exceed targets on PVR, product penetration, CIT, and chargebacks.
- Partner with the sales managers to structure deals that work for both the customer and the dealership.
- Maintain 100% compliance with all federal, state, and manufacturer requirements (TILA, ECOA, Reg Z, OFAC, Red Flags, Safeguards).
- Recruit, train, and retain top F&I talent - including building bench strength for future growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven performance record as an F&I Director or top-producing F&I Manager at a high-volume dealership.
- Verifiable numbers, PVR, penetration, product mix, and chargeback history, we can confirm with references.
- Ethics and transparency reputation for customer-first selling. No chargeback factories, all ethical product presentation.
- Honda experience is a plus, but strong performers from any franchise will be considered.
- Coach mentality, you make the producers around you better and build a team that lasts.
- Compliance fluency, solid working knowledge of TILA, ECOA, Reg Z, OFAC, Red Flags, and the Safeguards Rule.
- Active state license and clean background.
- Bilingual a plus.
