Finance Director
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic financial and operational initiatives
- Lead large-scale transformation projects focused on process improvement, systems optimization, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence
- Manage cross-functional project teams across finance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, IT, and commercial functions
- Drive global standardization of financial processes, reporting, controls, and performance metrics
- Support enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis activities
- Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic investments and operational initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, working capital, productivity, and operational performance
- Deliver executive-level presentations and updates regarding project milestones, risks, and expected outcomes
- Collaborate with regional and international finance teams to align financial objectives and best practices
- Champion change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and adoption of key initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Experience within a global manufacturing environment
- Proven success leading complex cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
- Strong financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering capabilities
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels and functions within a global organization
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or other advanced professional designation
- Experience leading ERP implementations, finance transformation projects, shared services initiatives, or process automation efforts
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence methodologies
- Experience working across multiple international regions and business units
