Role: Retail Car Sales Manager Responsibilities Lead used vehicle sales performance and oversee deal structure, funding, and compliance.Guide and train the sales team on sales and F&I processes to ensure effective customer interactions.Ensure accurate preparation of contracts, titles, and registrations, maintaining compliance standards.Coordinate with lenders, internal teams, and tag agencies to facilitate smooth deal processing.Handle funding and reconcile all car deals to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.Resolve customer paperwork and title issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Support the General Manager in daily store operations to maintain overall efficiency.
