A well-established franchise store in the Raleigh market is adding an F&I Manager to a high-performing team. This opportunity is not a turnaround or replacement; it exists because the store is winning. You'll join a team with established processes, strong deal structuring, and teammates who are already hitting their numbers.

Responsibilities

• Run a full mix of business, including captive financing and a deep bench of secondary lenders for the full credit spectrum
• Present every product to every customer through a consistent menu process, with strong PPD as the expectation
• Maintain airtight compliance and fast funding

Requirements

• 2+ years of F&I production in a franchise store
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment (shared volume, covering days off, and working a true rotation)
• Desire to join and contribute to a winning operation
