Automotive Express Lube Technician

What You'll Do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance services
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
• Identify and communicate additional maintenance recommendations to service advisors and customers
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and according to manufacturer standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all dealership and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as an Express Lube Technician or in automotive maintenance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Employment Requirements

• Candidates must successfully complete:
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
• Background check
• Pre-employment drug screening and physical
