About the Role

The Estimator II provides accurate reconditioning estimates for body, detail, and mechanic services within an auction environment. The role emphasizes safety compliance and active participation in safety activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimation services for assigned auction areas
• Communicate estimates and coordinate with maintenance and reconditioning teams
• Ensure accurate parts pricing with procurement staff
• Monitor repair status, timelines, and customer communications
• Maintain repair records and complete necessary documentation
• Follow safety procedures and support safety initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience, or relevant certifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
