Estimator/Auditor II

About the role

Provide accurate estimation services for assigned auction areas, including body, detail, and mechanic reconditioning estimates. Communicate estimates to relevant teams to initiate work, collaborate with procurement to ensure correct parts pricing, and monitor repair progress, timelines, transportation, and customer updates. Maintain detailed records, complete necessary paperwork, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Estimate reconditioning costs for body, detail, and mechanical services.
• Coordinate with teams and procurement to ensure smooth workflow and accurate parts pricing.
• Track repair status, communicate with customers, and document repair details.
• Follow safety procedures and actively support safety initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of related experience, or relevant certifications with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate standard, automatic, and electric vehicles.
