Automotive dispatcher and internal advisor

About the role

As a Porsche Automotive Service Dispatcher and Internal Service Advisor at Princeton Porsche, you will own our customer’s experience in the service department. You will handle the workflow of client Porsche vehicles, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service—from maintenance and warranty repairs to managing the entire repair process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer’s experience by completing additional tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to prevent mishandling.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and accompany clients on service drives.
• Handle all internal repair orders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of previous automotive experience in this position (Porsche experience preferred).
• Organized and friendly personality.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Strong time management skills.
• Fantastic communication skills with customers.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
