Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full-time Automotive Detailer in the Mercer County Metro Area. This role is crucial in upholding our high cleanliness standards and ensuring vehicles meet safety and quality protocols for customer rentals.

Pay

Starting compensation is $17 per hour based on a 40-hour workweek. Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, safety, and readiness, including:
  • Checking fuel level and warning lights.
  • Inspecting windshields for damage.
  • Factory resetting/restoring vehicle settings to clear prior customer data.
  • Checking for customer items and placing valuables in Lost & Found.
  • Verifying registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Check and replenish fluid levels as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth.
• Inspect vehicle exteriors for damage and report any safety concerns or warning lights.
• Fuel and stage vehicles for customer rentals.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers as needed, including transporting them to and from branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including:
  • Cleaning desktops, countertops, phones, floors, and bathrooms.
  • Vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and performing other miscellaneous cleaning tasks.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license (not provisional or probationary).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
• Must live in Mercer County, NJ.
