About the role
Fox Motors has a Receptionist opening in Novi, MI at Cadillac of Novi. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by providing a welcoming experience to all customers, vendors, and community members.
Responsibilities
- Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit
- Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Provides basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department
- Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Answers incoming phone calls; directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message
- Assists service customers during the morning and evening when needed
- Assists with administrative duties as requested
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
