About the role

Responsible for processing liability personal damage claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess claims for validity and coverage
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information
• Prepare and submit claims for approval
• Follow up on claims status and provide updates to clients
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in insurance claims processing
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
