We’re growing our Claims team at Alpine Rio Insurance Services and are currently hiring for two adjuster positions.

Auto Claims Adjuster – Theft, Fire & Vandalism

We are seeking an experienced Senior Auto Special Investigations Adjuster to investigate and handle complex automobile claims involving theft, fire, vandalism, suspicious losses, misrepresentation, and potential fraud. This position serves as a critical member of the Claims Department and works closely with the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) to identify, investigate, and mitigate fraudulent claim activity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong investigative skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to thoroughly analyze evidence, policy language, and claim facts to ensure fair and accurate claim outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive investigations of complex automobile claims
• Identify coverage issues and pursue fraud indicators
• Collect and analyze evidence
• Make claim recommendations
• Maintain compliance with all applicable state regulations and company standards

Bilingual Auto Liability Adjuster

We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Auto Liability Adjuster (English/Spanish) to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve automobile liability claims.

Responsibilities

• Determine liability and conduct thorough investigations
• Review policy coverage
• Communicate with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and witnesses
• Ensure timely and accurate claim resolution in compliance with company standards and state regulations
• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality, compliance, and productivity expectations

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
