Automotive Call Center / Receptionist

Contacting and Communicating with Customers

• Identify automotive needs
• Build rapport with customers
• Create a base of referrals
• Establish customer network

Answering Calls

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls
• Set appointments for service customers

Confirming Appointments

• Contact customers to confirm appointments
• Provide information on service incentives

Job Requirements:

• Great Customer Service Skills & Motivation to be Successful
• Excellent phone presence
• Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Strong Computer & Phone Skills (ADP, Outlook, Excel)
• Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience

PREFERRED:

• Great Communication Skills
• Able to Multi-Task
• Bi-Lingual is Always a Plus!
• Team Player

Hourly Rate starting at $20 plus commissions
