Automotive Business Consultant

About the role

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking experienced automotive professionals to join their consulting team. They are known for their superior software solutions, award-winning sales, service, and support in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with customers
• Identify trouble areas within the dealership
• Use established and proven consulting services programs to solve identified issues
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide ongoing 'fee for service' support and problem resolution
• Build trust to drive consulting services sales

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• 5+ years of automotive dealership experience
• Willingness to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week (every week)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing

Pay

Total targeted income after training (including base and bonuses) is $80,000+

Schedule

Must be willing to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 5 nights per week (every week).
