About the role

Responsibilities
- Establish professional relationships with customers to help their businesses become more efficient, effective, and profitable.
- Work with dealership personnel to identify trouble areas within the dealership.
- Use established and proven consulting services programs, as well as industry knowledge, to solve identified issues.
- Follow-up with customers to maintain relationships and provide ongoing 'fee for service' support and problem resolution.
- Build trust with customers to drive consulting services sales.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of automotive dealership experience, including roles such as Office Manager, Controller (automotive accounting), and AP/AR Accounting Representative.
- Willingness to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week (every week).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
- Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds accounting software is highly preferred.

Pay
Total targeted income after training (including base and bonuses) is $80,000+.
Schedule
The position involves extensive travel with overnight hotel stays up to 5 nights per week (every week).
