Responsibilities
- Participate in the Crash Champions Skills Training Education Program (STEP)
- Earn up to six figures and beyond!
- Receive a mobile app and structured curriculum for real-time progress and interactive learning
- Build tools valued at $8,000

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours a week
- Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Valid driver's license
- Regularly position or move self to fix and repair vehicles
- Effective communication and ability to follow directions
- High School Diploma or GED preferred

The posted minimum pay rate is USD $18.00/hr, and the maximum is USD $21.00/hr.
