Responsibilities
- Participate in the Crash Champions Skills Training Education Program (STEP)
- Receive hands-on training with experienced professionals
- Earn up to six figures and beyond with potential to earn points for progress and tools valued at $8,000
- Full-time employment including benefits, paid time off, and sick leave
- Learn industry-standard repair techniques and procedures
- Work on a variety of repair tasks from basic to advanced levels
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
