- Participate in the Crash Champions Skills Training Education Program (STEP)
- Receive hands-on training with experienced professionals
- Earn up to six figures and beyond through the program
- Work on a mobile app and structured curriculum for real-time progress and interactive learning
- Build tools valued at $8,000 as part of the program

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours a week
- Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Valid driver's license
- Regularly position or move self to fix and repair over and under vehicles
- Effective communication and ability to follow directions
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
