Automotive Body Shop Technician (4-Day Work Week!)

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality collision repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Repair and replace damaged body panels, bumpers, fenders, hoods, and structural components
- Measure, straighten, and align vehicle frames using approved repair methods
- Complete metal repair, panel replacement, and fitment work
- Prepare vehicles for paint and refinishing when needed
- Ensure repairs meet safety, quality, and OEM standards
- Inspect completed repairs for accuracy and workmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Properly document repair procedures and completed work
- Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, parts personnel, and fellow technicians
Qualifications
- Previous automotive body shop or collision repair experience preferred
- I-CAR, ASE, OEM, or GM certifications are a plus, but not required
- Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and industry best practices
- Ability to safely operate body shop equipment and repair tools
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality repairs
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Pay & Benefits
- Earn $60,000-$70,000+ per year
- Production bonuses paid twice per year (June & December)
- Average payout is approximately two weeks of additional pay annually
