Dover Dodge is a rapidly growing automotive retailer and finance company seeking a Business Development Representative to join their Business Development Center (BDC).
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience; experience in an automotive setting preferred
- Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bi-lingual (Spanish preferred)
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Self-starter, motivated and success driven
- Confident, positive and high energy presence
- Strong communication skills
