Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately verify costs and accounting for new and used vehicle purchases
  • Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Submit sales documentation and contracts to lenders
  • Process trade payoffs
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Collaborate with team members and leaders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or a similar administrative role is preferred
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
