Key Responsibilities
- Accurately verify costs and accounting for new and used vehicle purchases
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and completeness
- Submit sales documentation and contracts to lenders
- Process trade payoffs
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or a similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
