Responsibilities
- Performing basic and routine accounting functions
- Maintaining and reconciling schedules
- Scanning documents
- Reconciling monthly statements for products related to car deals
- Aid Title clerk with out of state title work
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Automotive Experience Required
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Attention to detail & punctuality
- Works well in a fast-paced environment as a team player
- Pleasant and positive demeanor when answering phones and dealing with customers
- Professional personal appearance and presentation (follow company dress code)
Qualifications
- Full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Overtime the first week of the month, as assigned
