Responsibilities

  • Performing basic and routine accounting functions
  • Maintaining and reconciling schedules
  • Scanning documents
  • Reconciling monthly statements for products related to car deals
  • Aid Title clerk with out of state title work

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Automotive Experience Required
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Attention to detail & punctuality
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment as a team player
  • Pleasant and positive demeanor when answering phones and dealing with customers
  • Professional personal appearance and presentation (follow company dress code)

Qualifications

  • Full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Overtime the first week of the month, as assigned
